15. Service delivery times
15.1. Delivery times vary depending on the type of shipment:
Merchandise delivery times may vary due to various factors such as: type of product purchased, selected manufacturer, product availability, time of year in which the order is placed, demand for a particular product, etc.
Each product appears with an approximate shipping type that Chimneys Ruiz undertakes to comply with, and in the event that this is not the case, Chimneys Ruiz will contact the customer to give the option of waiting or refunding the amount. the purchase.
16. Delivery and receipt of the product.
The shipment is delivered by truck to the address indicated by the customer. The carrier will move the merchandise to the point indicated whenever possible with the carrier's mechanical means.
The merchandise travels, unless otherwise agreed, postage paid since if it has to be paid it will have been done in advance payment for the product. In no case should the client make any payment to the transportation driver.
It is mandatory for the client to check the merchandise together with the driver if possible, otherwise put in the “comments” section of the delivery note: “pending review”
Examine the package in case there are any notable dents from the trip, and if there is, open it to see if there is damage, note it in "observations" on the delivery note.
If the merchandise contains glass, open it with the driver in case it is broken.
If you are unable to review at the time of receipt, do so as soon as possible, since you can only complain to the agency within 24 hours of receipt.
If the defects of the merchandise are not noted on the delivery note or the customer does not notify us within the indicated period, Chimeneas Ruiz will not be responsible for the return of the defective merchandise.
17. Return policy.
During 10 days natural, the customer may return the purchased merchandise and may exchange the amount of the merchandise for other products from our store or request a refund of the money with transportation costs deducted. The merchandise must be without damage, marks, writings, unused and in its original packaging and it will be Chimneys Ruiz who will decide if the total, partial or unprecedented return of the product is appropriate. After this period of time, the purchased product will not be returned.
