The shipment will be made through express courier companies such as Nacex, Schenker or Chuko Trans. The delivery time to your home will depend on the destination population.

Shipping will be free on orders over €500 in the Peninsula. For islands and other countries, consult, or if the order is placed, our staff will call you to inform you of the price difference for transportation.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (out of stock), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

Returns

B. Withdrawal:

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed nationally, against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

In the event of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
